3. Subscription Plans

CazaHQ offers subscription-based access to certain features of the Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan)
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice; changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles
  • Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights
  • Your User Content does not contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CAZAHQ IS AN ORGANIZATIONAL TOOL ONLY AND BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY REAL ESTATE DECISIONS YOU MAKE. CazaHQ does not guarantee the accuracy of any property information, market data, or other content. Any decisions you make based on information organized or displayed through the Service are made at your own risk.

In no event shall CazaHQ's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to CazaHQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that CazaHQ shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party websites or services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
